Works very well when I’m donating plasma. It fits very nicely in my hand with my long nails.

My patients live these!
I call these my magic stars. I am a phlebotomist, and these do work magic for helping me find difficult veins and keeping them in place. I got away from the foam balls because I didn't feel like I could get them sanitized good enough in between patients. These wipe off very easily and are dry by the time I need them for my next patient. I've actually had a few patients get their own set because they liked how they felt when they squeezed them.

I like the fact that there are three different strengths. I also really like a star shape because it fits more comfortably in my hand than some of the other types.

I actually thought it would be more pliable for weak hands but it wasn't, so for that I'm out.
