Starts charging for a few minutes than shuts off. Heavy and unyealdy. But most of all doesn't work. Do not recommend.

I have had this charger for 2 years it goes with me on all of my traveling adventures. it has been used, dropped and still works like a charm. never had any trouble from it... you charge it up and have power for all of your devices and your family for days.. Love it

Sadly after using this product for only two months it has now stopped working. Last couple of weeks I started realizing that my phone was not charged in the morning since I have it on my nightstand. I tried removing my magsafe case and still the same issue. I guess its meant to be a paper weight rather than a charger. THe kickstand is also not very good since its too flimsy and it would tip over very easily when I placed my phone on the charger.

I’ve only had it for a few days, but my first impressions are positive.I like:The window display that shows remaining power.The kickstand/support so you can prop your phone up to see it while charging if you want.The fact it has a USB-C in/out, plus 2 x regular USBThe fact I can just rest my phone on it to charge with no cables needed.I have an iPhone Pro Max with a hefty case which isn’t great with MagSafe, but it works. The charger came with a metal disc that you can attach to the back of the case which helps it stay attached to the charger, and my MagSafe charging discs, better and that’s great. It charges my phone great, but I haven’t tested it yet to see how many charges I’ll get.Charging the external battery is best if you do it with something like a 20W charger with a USB-C to USB-C cord. I just let it charge overnight.It’s big, but I don’t mind the size because my other external batteries are also large with higher capacity and I’d rather have something big that’ll charge my device multiple times, and that’ll charge multiple devices.

I love the features this power bank claims to have. Its large battery, wireless magsafe charging and phone stand features really attracts me. However, for some reason, Amazon sends me used and broken power bank, twice! I was so mad and sad about it. So I contacted the seller and ask for a replacement myself.They responded me really fast and agree to send me a new one. It arrives early this week and it works just as described. Love it!Excellent customer service and great quality if you receive a real new one.

I was really banking on this to work wirelessly but it doesn’t. I have an iPhone 12 and while it holds a lot of charge, the wireless MagSafe charging no longer works. Bought at a premium price for that specific function and extremely disappointed that it no longer works after a few uses. It’s also fairly heavy and bulky. Poor quality guarantee. Do not buy.

I have owned this device for 6 months. Charges my iPhone wirelessly, my tablet via USB cable. I am very happy with this product. Charges my devices quickly. Unit recharges quickly.

Positive:* 20,000mAh battery* Built-in stand supports a large number of viewing anglesNegative:* Loses far more energy to heat than other chargers* Magnetic attachment is much weaker than other magnetic chargers, easy to drop phone or charger if not holding both* No automatic charging when a phone comes into contact* Built-in stand is fragile and wobbly* Magnetic charge can remain active even after phone is removed, draining batteryMost other magnetic battery packs automatically start charging when an iPhone comes into contact. This one requires a button press in order to activate the charger. Once the phone is charged, it shuts off and won't do automatic top offs. It needs to be turned on manually again. Sometimes the automatic shut-off fails and the unit fully drains its battery.While the battery does seem to be as large as advertised, you only get that output if using it for wired charging. This unit loses far more energy to heat than other magnetic battery packs. I can't even get one full phone charge off the battery pack with my iPhone 12 Pro Max when using magnetic charging through Apple's own magsafe compatible case.The fold-out stand is very unstable and fragile. A slight nudge is enough to make it fold flat. It does support far more angles than other stands, which is one positive.My personal take: You're better off with a 10,000mAh battery that has standard features and efficiency than with this 20,000mAh battery that doesn't.
