This is a great alternative to the almost black reds a lot of us wear in the fall/winter.It is gorgeous. It's a blackish purple when it dries...The closest dip gel color I have found is Purple Rain #99 if you are trying to match it to this....

i have painted my nails about maybe 10 X in my life (and I'm in my 40's!). I guess I am one of those (kind of) down to earth people? Or maybe I'm just too lazy and or I hate filing my nails and would rather just cut them short? And I'm cheap, I would never pay for a manicure (plus I think it's just over the top) anyway...MY point is, I decided, after seeing so many women at my current internship, with beautiful nails, cool colored nails and nails with cute little things on them - to get some nail polish! This polish is pretty intense, I wanted something kind of dark but bright and this is it. I like it, and love wearing purple so I think this will go with a lot of my clothes. I am not sure how else to judge it? I mean, I guess, if it doesn't chip? I have no idea :-) I'll keep you posted...my next one is going to be a lighter color :-)

This is a pretty color, a sort of deep grape that is almost true violet. I like it a lot.

I love OPI polish but this purple needed 3 coats and took like 30 minutes to dry in between. Pretty color though!

The bottle leaked all over the inside of the box. The color is great can't tell how sure it is or how long it will last because it is all over the inside of a box.
