The best way to have hot food for those of us that get reactions to Jalapeños and Habaneros.Glad I though of looking for this. Great flavor, heat, and since it is made from a different type of hot pepper, no mouth sores or allergic reactions.I used a turkey baster to put some of it into one of the small table-sized bottles for adding at the table as needed.

I mix this with cream cheese to make aji, and everyone loves it!

A little upsetting to see that as soon as I open the package, that there was some product leakage on the bubble wrap. Upon further opening, it looks as though the lid seal was broken and the vacuum pop up indicator was in fact "popped". Even more upsetting their policy disallows us from returning it or requesting a replacement product. Most if not all other "Inca Food" products will have a tape over the lid to show that it hasn't been manipulated. Now I can't use it over concerns of contamination.

This product arrived open, it seems that someone used it before sending it, something strange and it cannot be returned or exchanged, the only thing I can do is put it in the garbage can .Carmen

Not happy with this product or it’s packaging. Top wasn’t sealed fully. This product is an embarrassment.
