Water heater is good and worthy for money. Only drawback is installation service from Venus dealers. Service is not up to the level.

it's an extremely efficient water heater and the support from the technical team is very good. The geyser was installed within 3 days of delivery and the device is very good for it's purpose. Plus it's significantly better than AO Smith or any of it's competitors because they provide the metal inlet and outlet pipes. I had previously bought an AO Smith heater that broke down within a week of use so I returned it and got this instead and I am very satisfied with water heater

Worth for money… Product is good and water also heating very quickly…Issue observed only on the poor package from dealer, please follow necessary safety precautions to avoid damage… since I have received minor dent product.

Working is fine but free flexible hose,screws@ warranty card as per description with 25 lits is missing.

This is the second appliance, I am receiving with dents. First one is a Samsung top load washing machine. So hereafter I will not buy any appliances from Amazon. I accepted it with dent, as replacement would take time. When the technician came for installation, I was out of town, but my family members were there. After installation, water was leaking from the outlet and the technician told, that is not his problem, and I have to contact a plumber. If he has to attend, I should pay for him. But after I returned, I saw the connection was loose, and just disconnected and connected again. It was perfect. I don't know what to say.

Heater was good, but after 2 week usage, heater didn’t work (green light didn’t glow). Called for Venus customer care, response was good & service guy rectified the issue (drip switch & temperature controller switch both had issue). He replaced both under warranty & no charges were applied. Felt bad initially, what to do?, all electronic products are unpredictable. Thanks to Venus.

Energy efficiency is of prime importance in such appliances as they are used almost regularly. The proper insulation, heating element quality and radiative heat loss prevention make the performance efficiency very good in this heater. The long lasting water tank because of glass lining also improves the heat retention and resistance to corrosion due to water minerals. Overall a quality product worth the money.
