A Little Modern, A Little Retro, A Little Price
I love Cuisinart products. I wanted a toaster, but I didn’t want to spend much. This refurbished model is perfect - looks and works perfectly. The look fits in with my minimalist modern/retro kitchen style. We use it most days now. Perfect purchase!

Great toaster
Nothing fancy but works perfectly. You honestly do not need bells and whistles for a toaster.Great product!

Over a year, and still going
I bought this over a year ago. I have notoriously bad luck with toasters, expensive or cheap, so this time I thought I'll just spend $20 or so bucks and try a cheap one. This has more than exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy this one again. No bells and whistles; it just makes good toast and works when I want it to. And you shouldn't ask for more than that when you buy a toaster. Plus it doesn't take up a ton of room on the counter and it even looks kind of nice. Go ahead! Buy it!

Nice little toaster for the price
Breakfast very important and time also I was amazed at the speed . My other toaster was much slower I have to turn the knob up slightly to get the same great results but like all revues its better to get exact over time.Mine is fairly new.

not the quality you expect from this brand
We used to have a Cuisinnart toaster that worked perfectly for a decade. This was its same-model replacement and it is disappointing. The materials it is made from are obviously cheaper and the toasting dial is worthless. It will burn a bagel on the lowest setting (even when you select the "bagel" function) and leave other things nearly untoasted at the higher settings. I wish I could recommend, but I don't. I think you can find the same of better quality from any other brand at a lower price.

Mostly plastic construction
I had a Kitchen Aid toaster before that was made of metal . This unit made of plastic.Works OK just seems low quality because of thematerial used.

Simple, easy, and affordable
Exactly what we needed for our kitchen space. It small enough to be stored in an undercounter cabinet. Sturdy enough to last couple years, hopefully. Toaster don't get used heavily like some families, but it gets used often in our family of four. A toaster works like a toaster (no bells & whistles) will do. This unit seems to serve just that, no more, no less.

Temperature controls are not as clear as you would think.
Finding them right setting for different breads is hit and miss. Bread will be under toasted while a bagel is burnt.
