These make cutting poultry so nice. I previously always used a heavy duty pr of scissors. They cut effortlessly and the design allows for so much leverage at the cutting jaws. Im sure they will work on other things such as fish or small game. I have large hands and the grip is quite comfortable. They seem very durable and pretty sure I will never need to purchase another pair...unless I misplace these. Then I'll be sure to go into my past purchases and look these up again for repurchase!!!

works great on chicken etc. Be careful.it is so sharp It just slipped when cleaning that it sliced my finger. I am a lot more careful now, I never had a knife so sharp. Good product.

I refuse to cut chicken, especially spatchcocking, without using these shears. So much easier to use than a knife and better cutting than the all purpose kitchen shears. The wood handles match my wood handled knives, which brings balance and harmony to my kitchen...just kidding, however I do love using them!

The shears look sharp, have a good feel and cut poultry well. They are a major upgrade to the ones I had before.

I tried using to to process some quails and the first thing you do is quickly decapitate them. These scissors were horrific for this purpose as the tolerance between blades is too loose and separates slightly allowing soft tissue to just get smushed between the blades instead of sheared apart making the sharpness of the blades moot (also the blades did not come that sharp). It is probably good on applications with large bone structures like spatchcocking but if you need to cut just soft tissue and connective tissue in addition to bones there is probably a better pair out there.I like the feel in my hand but, in this instance, quail suffering needlessly soured my experience with these scissors tremendously.

I love these for cutting up chicken. These are easy kto handle and have a good grip for me.
