Furinno Claude Mid Century Style Accent Bookcase with Wood Legs, French Oak Grey

I am giving this bookcase 4* based on the price I paid, around £22. The bookcase is reasonably made, feels a bit cheap and light overall, but fairly solid. Assembly was okay, have put together much easier products, but more difficult ones, too. I liked the magnetic closure on the doors.Some wood pieces were a little damaged from the corner, but the hassle of sending back and lower price I paid made me compromise.Certianly wouldn't pay the high price of >£60 which the bookcase is at now.

The assembly was straight forward following the instructions but there's damages of chips and dents to the finishing sides and for the price of £42, disappointing, expected a better quality product. Could've gone to IKEA for better. One of the assembly phillip screw was welded shut so I couldn't even use it, no spare either.

Liked the fact it can be constructed by one person, really good price,nice storage,on legs so can get underneath,perfect for displaying photos,compact unit for small spaces.👍

Very easy to build, even without electric screw drivers. Only issue to take care with is the little stickers labeling. I only had 2 that where visible on an external finish. I tried to take on off that can't be seen, and it took part of the finish cover off. And when i did the same with the 2 on the doors, same happened. (luckily) i bought 2 of these, one is more visible than the other, so i could "hide" both on one rather than the other, but it would be better if these pieces were labelled on the edges, actually they don't even really need labels, pieces can only go in one place.

Arrivata prima del previsto, l'imballaggio è veramente "minimal": giusto dei listelli di polistirolo lungo il perimetro dei pannelli, uno spigolo è arrivato "sbucciato" risolto con il pennarello ritocco per mobili. Il manuale delle istruzioni (in inglese) ha dei disegni accurati che rendono l'assemblaggio semplice, occorre dotarsi di avvitatore elettrico per fissare i supporti dove inserire le gambe in legno, tempo impiegato 40 minuti circa. La libreria appare stabile, esteticamente è molto bella, peccato per il rivestimento non di buona qualità che si graffia e si sbuccia con facilità.

Habe 2 von diesen Schränken geholt um den Platz in meiner Küche etwas zu erweitern. Es ist ganz leicht aufzubauen.

The cabinet would be really nice if it didn’t look like it was previously used. The doors, on both sides are scratched and have dents on one of them. Also, while taking off the stickers, it pealed off some of the paint.

Easy to assemble but also easy to scratch. In terms of sturdiness its a particle board assembly like IKEA so unless u secure it to the wall i wouldnt say its super sturdy but it stands well on its own. The only thing that really annoyed me was there was a sticker on the wrong side of the cabinet door and when i went to peel it off it ripped the faux 'finish' on the front of the door. Super easy to scratch. Probably wouldnt buy it again but i am deffinitely keeping it for the style. Thinking of making some easy mods to make it perfect. Anchor to the wall, repaint it or atleast the doors, slap some plants on there and were golden. There was also a bit of fine wood dust in the box that made me itchy when i first got it so might be useful to use gloves to put it together.

Love the color I’m curious to see how long it will last though…
