I was a huge fan of the liquid IV products almost 2 years ago. I just can’t get enough of it..Unfortunately, they had changed their formulation to be sugar free, which I understand why you would want to do that however, it really didn’t do well when it came to making me drink more water.I was thrilled to find this back on Amazon prime as it’s the original flavor. Yes there may be some amount of sugar in it, but trust me you will be drinking so much water that will get flushed through your system. When the weather gets hot, you need to hydrate even when it’s not hot you need to hydrate so anything that makes you hydrate more is five stars in my book.

We are out on the water a lot! This is amazing to help me rehydrate the next day. I like the taste and it dissolves well in a bottle of water.

Fantastic for hangovers, the first time I had one I went from being curled up shaking in bed to being able to have a somewhat regular day. ever since I’ve used them for hangovers, workouts, and outdoor activities and they work great for every occasion. The amount of sugar per pack is not ideal, but worth it to get your body hydrated quickly. They have a bunch of flavors and they are all very palatable. Works better than any drink I have ever tried. It dissolves easily making it a very pleasant drinking experience.
