Q: How well does it work on removing gravel?

It is very good at removing muddy gravelly (I guess) stuck on stuff from rubber mud boots. But, don't expect much if you've let the mud get dried on. I've had mine outside the back door for several years now...and it's still doing a bang up job for me and mine. It's really easy to clean out with a little pressurized water from the garden hose, too. (My back yard is a muddy, rocky, 3 acre pasture.)

Q: Could this be mounted on a semi truck step?

This can be mounted on any flat surface. The dimensions are 9 3/5" long x 6 3/5" wide x 4 3/5" high.

Q: Are the parts holding bristles plastic? or Wood?

A metal frame is holding bristles. My husband made a wood platform to hold the brush steadier.

Q: The metal frame looks sturdy enough. Are the brushes replaceable?

I don't believe they are but I don't see them needing to replaced for a long time
