Uneven sizing.
I found the sizing to be a bit uneven. The blue mediums fit perfectly and provided lasting performance for a 12-hour shift. However the gray mediums were much smaller and painfully tight.

Not recommended for people with a large calf.
Socks are amazingly comfortable , EXCEPT TOP 2 INCHES ARE SOOOOO TIGHT. And i orderd 1 size up.
