Great book for leadership development

Helped my older managers and our up and coming managers understand their role in our organization.

This is a great book if your looking for a birds eye view on being a boss. It's an easy read and the workbook style note taking sections, assists readers to learn thier own organization. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on "Leadership".Mike Kraus's Fire Service experience really shines through in that chapter. All in all, this is a wonderful book to dive into the often overlooked but vital aspects of being in charge.

Bought this to help myself in my current position as an account manager and supervisor. This is a great book to get the basic essentials of managing.
