Great little grab rail.
We needed a small grab rail that didn't stick out to far, for the top of our stairs. This did just the job.

Sturdy item
Two reasons this didn't get 5 stars. Slight imperfection in the painted finish. It didn't matter because I have fitted it in the loft to help get up and down. The other is the sticky labels attached to the handle. It was a real chore removing them. No need for them in such a prominent position if they have to be there at all.

Five star quality grab rails.
This arrives in a brown printed cardboard box measuring approx 38cm x 10cm x 7cm.Inside the two grab rails are separately packaged in plastic bags.Each contains a bag of fittings including wall plugs, screws & black rubber gaskets for one grab rail & a set of fitting instructions with technical specifications included.The rails are really strong & well made, I would definitely trust that if properly fitted they could manage to take a heavier persons weight (these are meant to take up to 250lb).They don't just have to be used for the bath though, they are handy all over the place - by the front door if there is a step up, or the toilet etc...Each rail has a large white sticker on it which I removed as they look unsightly.I wanted black grab rails as I have black fittings in my bathroom & toilet so these fit in really nicely with the overall look of the room.The only thing I wish was different about these was that the included screws are silver coloured & they are really noticeable.I solved this with a black sharpie once they'd been done up & they are now far less noticeable.As long as this has been properly fitted I don't see these grab rails going anywhere.If you are fitting these yourself, make sure you use the correct sort of wall plug for the surface you are affixing it to - these can be different depending on what your wall is made of.
