Very sturdy base, yay!!
I had something between my shoulder blades and could not reach it to help it heal. I bought a red light lamp before, with a tripod base, and it fell apart, then I found this one. This is sturdy and does the job!!!

Read about red light therapy online - immediately purchased!
I was reading online ALL of the numerous health benefits.. and knew I wanted to try right away. Setup was super easy and it’s made from really high quality materials. NOT flimsy in the least. I figured the lights were just LED but they do get pretty warm. I ended up bringing a fan nearby for a more comfortable experience. Overall, love it!

Initially happy now disappointed!!
Initial review:5 star rating because. Works as described and I use it daily.Edit Nov 5th 2023:The lamp broke tonight and there is no way of contacting the producer for a replacement part. I have downgraded my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star as this lamp should have lasted longer than 7 months.

Muy buen producto
Este es mi segundo luz infrarroja que compré, el primero que compré al segundo día que llegó a mi casa se cayó la pantalla de luz y no había como arreglarlo porque la vase es un tornillo pequeño y sólo estaba pegado con glue, el tornillo no estaba metido en ningún hueco de la vase sólo con glue se despego y se cayó, y 😡🤬lo guardé, pensé, 🤔pero lo nesecito y compré otro diferente y estoy muy feliz con esté es una lámpara Ku usó diario y si veo beneficios en mi rodilla y en mi rostro estoy feliz yo si recomiendo esta lámpara

Tips for assembly
Save yourself a couple of minutes of frustration; the bottom screw for the base (NOT pictured in instructions) is taped inside a bag. It's very lightweight, so that makes it harder to detect. Also, when pulling the poles down to make the lamp shorter, don't pull them all the way into the larger pipes; or el you will need a knife to pull them out.

Does not have timer
The light does not have timer it has on and off button only. I need timer on this product and from the picture it shows timer. The pole slide down on its own there fore not stable or reliable
