Shipping was bad and this was slightly damaged when I received it. Company was very responsive and discounted my purchase. Loved the look but never really makes any sound.

It does not sound pretty. It just clunks. And, it’s not at all like the video.

The sound is rich and I hung it next to hummingbird feeder. The hummingbirds are enamored w the red bird. It doesn't move much unless a storm.

The chime comes directly from China......Takes forever to get!! Once I got it, looks nice and sounds good. But expect a month or more to get it.

What I thought I ordered and what I got are vastly different. Instead of a precision wind gong, I got a misshapen piece of sheet metal divided into three triangles joined sloppily at top. Not only was it much smaller than anticipated, but it arrived in an envelope containing a cardboard box that had been crushed so badly it hardly contained the product. Even worse, it is not a loud, melodic chime, but rather a series of tinny clangs. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly.

I love wind chimes. This does not ring in any amount of wind. Friend has same one and says same thing. Bad product.
