Has a high pitched squealing noise coming from the USB.I thought it would go away when playing music but it does not and in fact it is amplified through the speakers. Meaning that the speakers play the high pitched squeal along with the music.I had to buy a ground loop noise isolator and it cost almost the same price as this bluetooth receiver. Now even though I dont have the noise coming from the speakers, the USB still makes the noise. I have put it in a closed center console box to suppress the noise.Even though the sound quality is good sometimes the music gets distorted (like when you are buffering or like noise when listening to old magnetic tapes).P.S. I use a good quality cigarette lighter mobile charger to power this USB. You may not get this noise if your head unit has a usb port.

Setup is pretty easy. Worked pretty good for a few weeks. Started having some trouble connecting and cutting out. Mine might have been faulty. I used it in a GMC Terrain. Overall, you get what you pay for. Price was too good not to try it. I'll probably end up going with a wired fm transmitter for Bluetooth streaming.

It's okay. Even with a wire that block out distortion, it isn't good sound quality. Lows and bass are extremely lacking. It needs integrated circuit protection from the power source to cut out distortion and buzzing noises. A downside to analog devices, I suppose.

The audio quality was fair, but that was about all that was going for this. Mine lasted around a month and it died. I had to tape it together because I bumped it and it fell apart. Tonight, July 20th, it stopped working and all ideas doing was just sotting in my car. Deffinetly not gonna buy this again.

Bought this to use in my 2011 CRV. Works perfectly. No buzz from the engine, no drop out. Now I stream music from my phone wherever I go. No commercials ever. Get this.

pushes a very weak signal

I got this and then returned it. It turns out you​ can't charge it and use it at the same time. Besides that it was fine I just opted for a different product that I could charge and play at the same time that also had some more functionality.

It is a great unit. But i did find a flaw. It has too much range...I have the bluetooth in my garage on my loud stereo. Well one day i decided to browse my favorite adult webite whilst taking a dump. and couldnt figure out why the audio wasnt working... until my roomate came pounding on the bathroom door saying i was hooked up to bluetooth in the garage.... and the stereo was up loud...
