I am a pure essence convert since I started taking their One 'N Only multi-tablets, and when I found this stress formula in their store I was excited to try them. Naturally trying to manage stress has been an important part of my life, and I have found that this particular blend doesn't upset my stomach (even when empty), and does in fact provide a noticeable reduction in general stress. I take one in the morning and one before bed and I think they truly make a difference. The 60 tablet bottle is a perfect size to try them for a couple weeks to see if they work for you. I will be gladly be buying more in the future.

Worked as expected.

This formula is great for people who don't have any major imbalances in yin or yang. I'm referencing traditional chinese medicine here and body constitutions. I'm yin deficient and I thought this would be great for me considering there are some yin (cooling) herbs in this formula, however it ended up slightly heating me up (at night), preventing me from sleeping as well. I did have a slight energy increase during the day from taking it. If you feel overheated (night sweats, red face, hot at night, and with irritability), proceed with caution - if it makes your symptoms worse, then stop using it. Regardless, it's a very well designed formula, and pretty balanced. Too bad it wasn't for my constitution.
