Mehron Makeup Paradise Makeup AQ Face & Body Paint (1.4 oz) (Martian – Neon Green/Green UV)

Very happy with our experience with this product. Have never used face paint before so didn't know what to expect.The paint comes in a little pot which we didn't know if it would be enough for me and my partner to do our faces. It was more than enough and there is more than half leftover, and we probably went a bit over the top with layering. So don't be fooled by it's small size.Applying the product was very easy, just required adding a tiny bit of water to the paint to a activate it, and then using some little pads to dab into the paint and then dab onto our faces. First layer was quite pale so we did many layers to get a real opaque colour. This was as expected. The paint dries very quickly so didn't have to wait for layers to dry really.I had worn a cheap plasticy bald cap which I also painted over. It was a little harder for the paint to bind to the plastic as it couldn't soak into it as much. But still managed to get a good opaque colour.The colour itself was a good strong green, maybe a bit less brighter than the advertised photos (see photos), but was happy with the colour. Didn't really properly test to UV glow capabilities of the paint. We had a blue light which mimiced a UV light and did elciit some sort of glow from the paint (see photos), so I imagine it would look even better under a proper UV light.Washing the paint off was super easy. Just had a shower and it all came off without fuss. Didn't need to spend anytime scrubbing thoroughly and wasn't left finding bits of green on me for weeks. I had also got quite a lot of green paint on my white t-shirt. This came out in the wash first time with no problem and the t-shirt is back to it's former glory.All in all, good experience, can't complain and would definitely come back to this brand if I ever need to do this again. Worth paying a little extra compared to cheaper alternatives.
