Thank you BLOOM! Finally a hair vitamin that works. Before BLOOM, I would wash my hair and loads of hair would come out as I ran the conditioner through my hair.... you all know this sad, scary experience. After just 30 days of taking BLOOM, it's only a few strands now. Giant difference! That alone is worth the vitamin. But the additional bonus is.....I see hair growth as I part my hair and look closely in the mirror. Of course, I saw hair growth before but now I just see way more. Again, 😊 THANK YOU BLOOM!!

I had two thoughts when I saw this product: (1) It will probably require more than one bottle to determine if they are being effective (2) The listed ingredients are beneficial for many other aspects of health too, so even if they don't help with hair they might have a positive effect elsewhere. It seemed worth trying. I've been taking them almost a month now, and I think they're actually delivering on their promise! All along my face, right at my hair line, I have new hair growing in. It's all the same length, so it started coming in at the same time. What has surprised me even more though is what I HAVEN'T seen- there has been virtually no shedding of hair since I've been taking this product! Prior to this there was always a few strands on my pillow in the morning. These have to be the reason, there have been no other changes in my diet or health routine. No I may not have the tresses of Rapunzel after 30 days of use, but I can honestly say they do benefit your hair. Unfortunately they are also a bit expensive, so I will not be able to use them long term. I've experienced increased hair loss triggered by vitamin A previously, I missed the high dose vitamin A in this product. I'm trying to re-grow hair, not loose more. Unfortunately this product is unreturnable so in the trash goes 2 bottles. I very costly mistake!

These capsules are not too large and are easy to take. I have noticed that my nails are stronger than what they were before I started taking these. Also, I've noticed some growth in my hair length. I've had a hard time with hair growth until I started taking these. I recommemd.

These pills have a quite strong, stinky odor, but they are not hard to swallow and I have not had any negative side effects. I can't say whether or not they really work, as I am only a little over halfway through the bottle

This listing is for capsules, as pictured. If you were wanting gummies, Bloom has those in another listing and they are actually pink UNICORN shaped gummies! It does take about a month for you to notice your hair growing quicker and your nails becoming stronger, these have all the right ingredients. If you ever get a bad haircut, this is what you have to take so it grows out quicker. If your hair is long enough after a bad cut, you can hide that bad cut by just putting your hair in the scrunchy until it grows out. I speak from experience, and lots of it. You can also sleep with the scrunchy to prevent knots as it is very soft and not a problem for a back sleeper or side sleeper.This does come in a nice box along with the scrunchy. My only issue with that is it is nice, once. I would not appreciate paying for those "extras" every month. Ultimately, the box ends up in the garbage and how many scrunchies do you really need? BUT, if you know someone who has just undergone Chemo, this would make a nice gift.

I've been taking these for awhile and I have noticed a slight improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. I wasn't expecting dramatic results though, since I tend to be sensitive to supplements and have only been taking one capsule per day. Honestly, the smell that comes from the jar is a bit off-putting, so I make certain to open it and dispense my daily capsule well out of range of my nose, then seal the bottle quickly and put it away. That smell doesn't translate into a taste of any kind since you just swallow the capsule right down, so that method is working well for me. It did come in what I'd call premium packaging with a cute little pink scrunchy, so it's certainly giftable. Not sure if I would actually give it as a gift though, since it's the sort of thing that you'd want to get more of if you like it and get results and this price is honestly hard to justify even for me only taking half the recommended dose and having the bottle last twice as long. There are plenty of others out there that are even more expensive than this and since I am also using other products I honestly don't know how much of the improvements I've noticed are from this particular product and how much are from something else. It has most definitely contributed, but I doubt I'll be able to justify a repurchase when they're used up at this price.
