Pricy for what it is but I bought it because my sister loves hers
The warmer works well but takes a while to get warm enough. Using the timer helps but setting it up isn't intuitive. The instructions are more than a page long and I have to go to them every time we lose power, which is pretty often where I live because we get a lot of thunderstorms in the spring and summer. Maybe once I've done it enough I'll have it memorized. Overall I'm happy with it. It's nice having a warm cup first thing in the morning.

Great idea but flawed construction
Great idea and very beneficial when using an espresso or super-automatic machine that does not heat the coffee to scalding temperatures. I had high hopes that this warmer could replace my routine of filling the cups with hot water prior to using them. Unfortunately, this device is composed mostly of plastic components, including the housing. As the unit heats and your cups sit in there through several cycles they pick up a hot plastic odor that taints the coffee flavor (and probably isn't the most healthy thing for you). It is possible this odor fades over time, but so far after a few days with 6 hour cycles it is still noticeable.

Absolutely LOVE this
I was leary at first as it is a little more expensive than I would have liked. However, it works perfectly! Nothing worse than coffee that gets cold in 5 minutes because the cup is ice cold. So, cup warmer, and my Kuerig that has the temperature setting, and voila! a perfect cup every time! Thank you.

Keeps your coffee a little warmer for a little longer
Great way to keep your cup of coffee a little warmer in the morning. Does a great job keeping the cup warm. Room for a good number of mugs, but not large mugs. And it looks good as well. Nice bonus is that it has wire management underneath it to hide any extra wire and keep your counters cleaner. Highly recommended.

Looks and works great
Works great and fits very nicely against the Jura D6 as can be seen from the pic. The lower shelf seems to have a slightly hotter temperature than the top. Programming the time is not so bad, the instructions make it more complicated than it really is.

Purchased two units, but they came with the European cord!
Had to replace the power cords with the standard US computer cords.
