I ordered the AV380 Hybrid Amplifier via Amazon Prime and it was delivered in two days as promised. The amp came well packed and padded and was undamaged by shipping. One of the large tubes was slightly wobbly, perhaps the tube socket hardware is slightly loose - I did not open it up to see. I confirmed that all four tubes lit up when the amp powered on. I did NOT get any instruction manual, but I did get a piece of speaker wire and an input cable with a 3.5mm phone plug at one end and two RCA phono plugs at the other, both inside the amplifier box.It took me a couple of days to fabricate speaker cables with banana plugs for the AV380 and ring lugs for my classic KLH Model 5 speakers. Then I connected a turntable via a vacuum tube phono preamp. LPs sounded great, I have been playing them for a week.Today I confirmed the Bluetooth and USB functionality and both sound great. The Bluetooth amplifier ID is "HIFI-audio" and my Android tablet connected to it just fine and I have control of playlist and volume via the Android app.I give the amp 4 stars because it sounds great. If I had gotten a User Manual or even any printed instructions, it would be 5 stars.
