It's a reasonably priced replacement for a similar old Theraband that eventually wore out.

I love these bands! I use them for physical therapy exercises and they work great. You can also anchor them in a closed door by tying a knot in the middle. I used my last band most days for a couple years before it finally broke on me. I totally recommend these, and it seems like most physical therapists do as well.

Good quality. In my opinion, a bit too strong for the "green" color, but usable.

I went to physical therapy to repair the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and they gave me one of these bands for continuing exercises after I had completed my physical therapy. Eventually, the green band snapped into two pieces (I must be getting stronger!), and I ordered this one to replace the one that broke. It seems to be identical to the band that the physical therapist gave me.

Perfect replacement for a band previously provided by a hospital rehab department.

Ordered several (blue and green) bands. Both are VERY thin. They twist and turn when using. Break/tear easily. Do not hold up at all. Waste of money. NOTE: Not the same quality as from a physical therapist or gym. Would not order again, and too late to return.

There are no unpleasant odors that others mentioned.
