This little thing has been terrific!
I needed a hub for my Microsoft surface pro 11. I wanted to be able to grab a USB-C connector from this hub and plug it in to my surface pro and have the desktop monitor light up, my keyboard and mouse both come alive. It has done exactly that! It's really great to use. I needed to run my large LG monitor, a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and charge my tablet. I went with this one because of the power output ,the video speed and the USB ports for a wired keyboard and mouse. It was kind of complicated doing the research for this thing. But this product ended up being enough to have great video and good power to power up my tablet when it's plugged in. I think you'd want to research this in greater detail if you planned on doing any gaming. I'm not a gamer but I do know that video speeds are a concern for gamers and I think you'd want to do more research if video speed is critical. I've not had any issues with my normal YouTube watching. It's been great for my tablet workstation purposes. I'm really glad I picked this one up. It's made a great workstation for my tablet!

Essential USB-C hub for Surface Pro
I bought this USB-C hub specifically because the Surface Pro 11 Copilot+ only comes with USB-C ports, which meant I needed something to connect my HDMI monitor, external mouse, and external keyboard. This adapter has handled all of that effortlessly. This hub complements the device really well. The HDMI output works perfectly with my monitor, and the three USB ports are responsive for all my accessories. It’s compact enough to throw in my bag with everything else, and it’s definitely become a core part of my daily college setup. If you’ve got a device like the Surface Pro that lacks traditional USB ports, this is absolutely worth having!

Excellent USB-C hub for 4K 60hz display
This USB C hub works flawlessly with both mac and windows computers. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had zero issues. It is recognized instantly when plugged in; no need to fiddle with device drivers. Additionally, all of the ports can work simultaneously, even when running a 4K 60hz display. That isn't a given on budget USB C hubs. The only downside I can think of is that the power delivery function saps some of the power. So if you are using a relatively small wattage charger (e.g. 30-45 W) to charge your laptop, you will notice that it charges slower than it normally would. However, this has been true to some extent for every USB C hub I have tried, so I don't consider it a negative aspect of this particular model. Just something to be aware of.In summary, this is a great USB C hub for 4k 60hz external displays and I highly recommend it.

It is a good way to project onto a bigger screen and have accessible ports.
Overall it fulfills its function, just wish it was a bit more sturdy when inside the port. Quality of sound is good, good value for the money.

Great Hub so far but a bit disappointed
First of I will say I have used every part of the hub and that I only bought to be used with my Steam Deck. Using sd cards and usb works great. I haven't tried the ethernet port yet with my Steam Deck to see if it works yet but I tried the HDMI port and it does not work, at least not properly. For some reason, when it's connect the Steam Deck screen would go blank as if it was connected to an external display which would be my TV but when I with switch over the HDMI input that has the Deck noting is showing. Long story every time I tried to connect it, it connect to the TV for a split second and then it would disconnect, I thought it was my HDMI splitter but it wasn't because it wouldn't work directly connected to the TV. So for that I'm a little disappointed.Update!I guess I was wrong, the HDMI port does work with the Steam Deck, however the Steam Deck doesn't support 4k, that's why it wasn't working with my TV.

Nice way to expand the use of the single USB-C port on a Microsoft Surface GO
Nice product. Works well to allow me to run video via HDMI and use a Logitech remote presenter with my Surface GO 2 that has only a single USB-C output. However, I was confused and thought this device would allow me to run video from its USB-C output to a USB-C compatible monitor. It does not do that. When I contacted their customer support the response came back almost immediately and explained the situation as well as answering follow up questions. Moreover, I purchased the $37.99 version that shows a thicker cable plugging into a Thunderbolt 3/4 port on a PC and thought that would transmit video, but it too can only do so via HDMI. Again, Tech Support was quick on the reply and explained the situation.I am giving the product 5 stars since although it does no do all that I had hoped for, it does all that I need, and the Tech Support via email is superlative.
