This product fits snugly onto the controller ends and into the controller ports on the system itself. Of course the 10 extra feet make the cord long enough for me to sit on the couch while playing in the living room, but there was no lag whatsoever in response when pressing a button. Shipping was fast, and the price (purchased at $8.99) was good. I would recommend this product to anyone with an SNES Classic.
