Love this box and the kid did too. A lot, like they went insane and ripped it from my hands to dig through it. They have been sitting like crazed bandits in their trampoline cage devouring it with the veracity of a person who hasn’t eaten in years. The variety is great as it has small sample sizes of different candies to try. I also like the fact that this box come with rice crackers and sesame treats as well so its not all sweet. The box itself is very colorful and has QR codes you can scan for extra content. And we now have a new set of trading card to collect as it comes with one. Overall great product with a nice variety of snacks.

Great gift for a young anime fan. It's nice to try something different. It's a small box and there's absolutely nothing healthy about the candies but still it's absolutely worth trying it once.

These boxes are so fun! We love to do these as a family. We try our best to cut everything into 4s so we can all taste at the same time. Like other snack crates, some foods were hits and others not so much. I do have to say, it would have been great if there was a paper included that told us about each piece of food. I'd much rather have a paper for us all to reference instead of all the scrolling on my phone and passing it back and forth.

I'm super impressed with this box. It comes with a ton of fun snacks. There is a good variety of types of snacks. This was a gift for an 8 year old who likes exploring new foods. He had fun guessing what things would taste like and sharing the snacks with the family. We didn't realize it came with a playing card/collectible card, so that was a nice surprise. Everything was fresh. There were a couple rice crackers and they were fresh and crispy. We'll definitely be trying other boxes.

When I bought this box I wish I paid attention to what it was called. So seeing the box say Batsu-Game I felt I made a mistake.For one thing the box itself seemed a bit smaller than I would have thought. But it does hold quite a bit of snacks. Most of the items in the box are things that look pretty book. Plus there were a few things I've had before that I already know I liked.Though there are a few items that look like I won't like. I haven't had all of the items yet. But I did try one thing I didn't like. Though I'm not really a fan of plums. So the next time I buy a box I'll get a different one. But I do like what I got.EDIT: I've tried the squid jerky. Though the smell was strong they didn't taste bad. But I ended up having an allergic reaction. So they were probably made in a place that also deals with shellfish as I'm only really allergic to shellfish and not squid. So those with shellfish allergies should be careful with that. [My symptoms are not very severe luckily but it would be bad for those with more severe reactions than I would have.]

My grandson’ 15th birthday is the week before Christmas. His birthday present was understood to be both birthday and Christmas due to the cost.I hosted Christmas Brunch and realized that he would be the only one not receiving a gift.So I quickly searched Amazon to look for an inexpensive gift that would make a statement.As a gamer, my grandson enjoys Asian games which is why I purchased this box Well you would have thought I bought him tremendous. He loved it and saved the box which he keeps on his gaming table. Boy did I hit the target!!!

My daughter is obsessed with trying snacks & candies from around the world so we decided to give this a try! She was not disappointed. While there was some things she didn't like a majority of the box was filled with super tasty treats!Making the choice between which delicious Asian snack to try next isn't easy, but at least obtaining them is thanks to SHOGUN CANDY.

We have a teen friend who loves anime and Japanese culture and this is a pretty fun gift box of a cultural experience they can enjoy and consume (without a bunch of extra stuff accumulated around the house!)I LOVE that it is labeled GF, but worry a smidge it may not be? It's hard to tell with foreign candy.The cost of about $1 per item is a little steep, but you're paying for the curated variety and they fit it into a fun and very giftable box. Hopeful it's just what our friend wants!
