I have yet to use this! Luckily I haven’t needed to use this yet but I tried plugging in a lamp! I have mad3 sure it’s charged - for the crazy snowstorms we’ve had! It’s heavy but I can carry it and I’m 63! I trust the GENERAC name and I’m glad I have it for power outages!

We purchased this for any potential weather conditions but we actually use it for when we go fishing 🎣. The battery 🔋 life is amazing we plug our 32 inch TV and spot lights it gives us more than 10 hours of battery life. I highly recommend this. By the way we did test it on our refrigerator and it lasted 6 1/2-7 hours which was perfect for us.

It worked...but an alert light came on with mine too, it shut off and never came back on..for what you pay..it should be better..and come with a fast charging cord at least..but the company wants every penny they can get...if you are in a warm or humid area...don't waste your money..

Absolutely love this thing.. speeds jobs up not having to string out extension cords and find plug in’s … very long lasting we rarely have had to recharge it

We had it all charged up before each of these storms and they worked perfectly when the power stopped for from 1 to 13 hours. We plugged in the refrigerator and some lights and never lost a thing. Great product, we just purchased another one for the rest of the house. No gas, no noise, no having to run it outside, it just did its thing perfectly. It is highly recommended by us, J&M

We purchased this for use at our camp, it works good for running lights and charging phones but running coffee pot or anything else that pulls a lot of electricity drains the battery. It's very quiet and charges in less than a day which is nice! It is lighter than a gas generator which makes it easier to move around.

Update: it actually does work, have to turn on the dc charger. Works fine if your phone is small. I bought the gb2000. It has a wireless charger on the top that is useless, doesn't work. I called the number on the box. Registered it, then was told I have to take it to a shop that's 19 miles away. Or pay travel expenses for someone to come from even further,(if they even will.) I cannot leave my husband alone so, I have a generator with a useless but pretty design on the top. I hope the rest of this thing works, haven't had a power outage yet. I thought generac would be better. Now I know, names don't matter anymore.

I love having this as a back-up plan in case of a storm near my house.. I have charged it and tested some electric devices and it seems to be light, easy to start and works well. However, the real test will be if and when the electricity goes out for a couple of days and I have to run my refrigerator from it.
