A regular supplement for me, good value and a quality product

I bought this for an unwell chicken however once she was better I did research on taking them myself, I started taking them. I have less hair loss and a lump I have on my lympnode has dramatically shrunk. I have more energy sleep better and fell myself again I have only been taking them for 2-3 weeks.

Great suplement...

We both find these hard to swallow, especially as they knock together each time you tip up the jar and with such a lot in the jar they get dustier as time goes on. We have now put a smaller number into a smaller jar to try and stop this getting worse, wish we had thought of that earlier.I have no idea if they are helping as I don't feel any different but I want to make sure I'm getting a selenium source for my immune system.

This is a great supplement and supports hair growth for sure. Don't get me wrong, but with things like hair loss, you need a routine not just 1 pill to fix all aspects of hair loss. I have bought so many supplements and hair products to know too well doing one thing won’t work, including silly caffeine shampoos and hair growth pills. You have to tackle at least 3-5 areas affecting hair growth to get real hair growth results, and i found using this supplement 1 a day, combined with Taoist soap for hair 2 times a week only, wash off instantly after application. Then taking nettle tea everyday, as well as scalp massage for 10-20 minutes everyday. This combination has done more then anything else i wasted money on.I would add B-vitamins as well, but I cycle them as I don't want my pee to stay neon yellow forever - so 3 months I take B complex and 1-2 months I don't. Anyway hair growth is not everyones issue, but it has worked for my brother who was suffering from genetic hair loss, and also worked for the women in my family.
