Not sure about efficacy
I have been using this daily for demodex mites. It has not got rid of them, but I suspect it is more to do with weakened immune system. At least they have not spread. I seem to feel them in the same spot, though they are not active every day, so I am sure it is not a problem with my bed/house.It is very hard to use as it does not seem to lubricate, so it is hard to get the fingers through the hair, so I usually mix in some neem/tea tree oil shampoo/conditioner, which is needed to apply and needed for the condition.
