It is very easy to use and easy to setup. Everything is well documented so I had it up and running in no time. I really like that you can choose from 3 profiles. I have one for myself and one I can set when people visit. It gets firmware updates automatically and is very solid and doesn't glitch or freeze up! It's really nice how easy it is to also change the time it spends on each screen. It is set to 3 seconds but has many choices. I'm purchasing another one for the man cave. I assume I won't have issues with two running on the same internet, but will come back and update if I do.

If you like sports and I mean, you really like sports, then don’t read past this sentence because for sports it’s actually pretty good.If you’re still reading, I want to like this product, but right now it’s a paperweight…an expensive one, and I’m either going to return it or throw it in the trash.I have two big problems; 1) the screen flickers, it’s plugged directly into an outlet so I can’t say for sure what the problem is and 2) it doesn’t turn back on when you send it to sleep. It’ll turn off at the right time, but never comes back up.Here are the other problems I have with it:3. Can’t unselect a city for tide information (no big deal, it’s one screen)4. Weather displays a moon when it should display a sun.5. Gas prices not displayed (any quality).6. AQI and UV are off all the time.7. Lotto does not display correctly.8. Cannot add some ticker symbols to the display.9. MLB standings displays one team twice and with different Win/Loss record.I’ve emailed support and have not heard back from them.

This product was easy to set up out of the box. Plug it in to an electrical outlet, open up the WiFi network on your phone, and follow the steps in the included startup card. This alone is 5-star worthy. When they tell you you'll be up and running in under two minutes, they mean it.The device itself is lightweight, has the ability to adjust the display brightness, and works very well. The power button at the top of the device is made of metal and I do not envision it breaking at any point, the same way a plastic or silicone button might. The power cord is a bit short, but that's nothing an extension cord couldn't handle.I subtracted one star because the device isn't as customizable as they make it sound. If you're a sports enthusiast or a stockbroker, then this is the device for you. Sports scores with cool team graphics show up as soon as set up is complete. But that's not what I bought this device for, so I turned those two functions off. I bought this product for displaying follower counts across multiple social media platforms. Unfortunately the only social media platforms currently supported are YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. And unfortunately, despite double checking the username, the TikTok follower and playback counts remain at zero. I haven't been able to correct this yet, but I'll reach out to support during their business hours.The other apps are pretty cool - weather, world news, trivia, word of the day, etc. are all great additions to this device. But be aware that your ability to customize those portions of the device are limited.Overall, this is a fun device to have and I plan to keep it. But additional social media platforms, and more customization abilities would earn this device five stars. I'd love to see the ability to add pixel art or more customization for the existing apps added.
