Designed exclusively for the OCCASION range of slate tableware, this meze set is a statement piece for any table. The platter can be used in conjunction with the serving bowls or on it’s own, making it a perfect presenter for speciality foods. The underside of the slate is framed with an attractive rose gold wooden base which allows the platter to be set down and picked up from surfaces with ease without the need for handles. The serving bowls are detailed with a rose gold rim to compliment the base, adding a further touch of elegance.This OCCASION platter is made from natural slate. Each piece is expertly cut by striking with a special tool in the quarry. The edges are then detailed by hand and a special finish is applied to seal the slate. The use of natural slate adds to the character of the board giving each piece a unique quality. Slate platter - Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry before storing.
