It says if your car have start button it will work. Becarefull of that thing. I pay 100 to install it it does not work because your car should have that option. It does not say anywhere about that!!

I decided to "convert" my spare car key fob into this next-gen sci-fi key fob with display. My experience has been a positive one so far but it does mean taking apart your original (costly) key-fob, just to be able to show off and get envious looks.So.... in terms of cool factor, this fob delivers.In terms of practicality, eeehhhh, it cannot really beat a regular key fob which is more robust and simpler to use. This gadget, although it has cool looks, is slippery like a bar of soap and I'm constantly careful not to scratch the plastic screen.That said, you can set it up such that your car automatically locks as you walk away, and unlock as you approach. There is a time delay though, and quite often I have to wait at the car until it detects this fancy fob and unlocks. You can program the signal strength to fine-tune that moment, but if the signal is too strong, it takes too long for the car to auto-lock as you walk away. I have had a few times where it failed to lock as i walked away and since there is no audible sound from the car this way, you are always checking if it actually locked or not.It is also a bit inconvenient if you are washing your car and walking around it with the key fob in your pocket since the car keeps locking/unlocking as you walk around it. So in reality I turn this auto lock/unlock feature off most of the time.Another negative is that the physical lock and unlock buttons are on the side of this fob and they are quite small and hard to see. The front and backside of the fob look the same and there have been times that I was thinking why the display is not responding, while looking at the black backside. You can also use the touch screen to lock and unlock, but first you have to press the power button to get the screen to light up, slide up to unlock the screen and then click lock or unlock. (Many steps for something so simple!)So all in all, if you like the cool factor and also have another key fob, go for it, it works quite well. But I would probably not do it again based on what I know now.
