IT IS FANTASTIC, INFINITLY BETTER FOR ADJUSTING VOLUME, BETTER THAN MY MULTIMEDIA KEYBOARD,NO MORE PRESSING BUTTONS / COMBINATIONS JUST A DELUXE KNOB AND 3 BUTTONS FOR LIKE MOVING FORD ETC

Sorta dumb. It takes up a ton of space and all it does is change the volume. You can't program the 3 buttons to do anything useful they just let you pick between the 3 different volume notch amounts. Anything above the lowest value of 2 notches of volume is way too much and makes it sorta useless. There are plenty of other volume knoba that you can get that would make more sense but I guess this one is fine. The knob feels nice to turn.

Worked well and was nice to use when it was working, but now is completely dead. I have tried different cords, computers, etc. Nothing. Don't waste your money.UPDATE: Company did not reach out, but I realized my mistake. I am an idiot and just needed to charge it. I thought it was getting power delivery from my laptop, but it was not. It just ran out of battery. I like the heft, and the knob feels nice to turn. Overall I like this thing. Looks good and works, though is a cheap item.UPDATE TWO: NOPE. BROKEN. Either won't hold a charge or another issue. I have tried multiple cords and devices. Avoid this product.

This thing is exactly what I wanted when I discovered my new keyboard lacked easy media controls. It's roughly the size of a pack of cigarettes, and the metal enclosure gives it a very satisfying heft that keeps it from sliding around on my desk. The buttons are nicely clicky, the volume knob has a nice, tactile spin, and the controls all work seamlessly with Windows 11 without any configuration. It's literally plug-and-play. Highly recommended.

Large, clunky, heavy for what it is. Works, looks good sitting on the desk.

Amazing unit, bought like 4 of them.

The volume control works with Winamp, but the buttons don't do anything.I can't find any information on configuring either WinAmp or the unit (note: I can't find a model number of the volume control to search for)

First of all, I highly recommend this. I work in a call center and recently started using a new keyboard that for some reason doesn't have volume controls. These are essential for my work because some calls are louder than others. I bought this not expecting too much but was surprised at what I got.The construction is strong durable metal, not some plastic flimsy thing. It is a little heavy and has rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. I love the ease of use and there is a button on it where you can adjust how the knob works. For instance, it can be set to increase or decrease in increments 2, 4, 8 I think it is...Great product!
