These aren’t bad!!
I’ve been grooming for about 10 years, I’ve owned a few Giebs, Master Groomers, Oster, Black Pearls and I bought these as a back up during this covid shut down since I can’t get my scissors sharpened. I’m not too disappointed either! I’ve used them for about 2 weeks with about 10-12 dogs a day and they are still sharp! What I need are new Finger rings as my fingers are small and slip right through the finger hole, and that has caused a blister to appear on my ring finger but that’s more my fault. (I did order some they just aren’t here yet) I do like that the finger area is rubber like, it’s soft and makes the grip better. The length of the scissor is perfect for me (I always like 8”) and of course the color purple is pretty. These are a win and I bought a few more Purple Dragons to try out!

I look like a professional!
During COVID I had to start cutting my 2 shorkies hair. I’ve slowly started accumulating my supplies and just recently added these choppers to my arsenal. These are not only beautiful but they are sharp and do an excellent job. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and these work perfectly and are sturdy.

Good, but had to have sharpened
I like these chunkers and I clip my own toy and mini only. I was disappointed that I had to have them sharpened after a couple uses. The guy said the scissors are good quality.

Love these! Great for the price!
I've been using these for about 3 months now and I love them! Great for doodles, poodles, and dogs with lot of unruly hair. The finger holes are a little small and can be a little uncomfortable if you use them for an extended period. But I would highly recommend these if you're just starting out.

Use these for thinning manes
A sturdy product and perfect for thinning manes. They're comfortable enough to complete a thick mane and gets the job done quickly. I especially appreciate the larger spaces which results in a hand-pulled mane look without the pain inflicted on your horse.

Ok for the price
They’re a little stiff and get caught easily but you get what you pay for I guess

Depends on what you’re cutting
This was my first time using a thinning scissors like this on my dog. I have always groomed him and have been given direction by a groomer friend how to do it. I purchased these and really wanted to like them. For my purposes these are too chunky. I think it matters what thickness you are cutting. I thought this kind of scissors was a one size fits all thing. I was wrong. You have been warned.

Sure are "chunkers"!
My Australian Shepherds have very thick fur on their hind ends, especially their "pants". I'm a groomer out of necessity as their spa dates cost well over $100.00 every time they go. These scissors make quick work out of their dense fur , allowing me to get to a point where I can get that shedding hair out and shape their pants to a reasonable appearance. I was amazed at how much hair comes out with a single snip. I did oil the blades before using them for the first time, wiped them down when I finished, and will repeat that process each time I use them. Great product!
