Seems well built
I’ve used this a number of times and it functions as it should. The ferrules on the other hand work but are of a thin material and the plastic insulator does not slide onto many wires. Buy the proper ferrules.Still a good price for what it is.

So far it's working great
It's working great so far. It is just what I needed to finish a project I've been working on and I really wish I had gotten it at the start of the project because I used more ferrules on this project than I've ever used before. And I gotta admit they helped plus looks so much cleaner. So more to the point, this tool is ideal, if you're working with ferrules. And if I end up doing another similar wiring job, I'll be using this tool and ferrules from now on. I totally 100 % recommend this tool. Good luck

Really good for crimping stranded 6 and 8 awg wires
Used it to finish off a 240 volt installation. Only gripe was I had to use the odd number connectors (5 and 7 for the 6 and 8 gauge wires), but they still worked fine.

Well built, great value
Very specific tool and works extremely well for its intended purpose! The crimps are very snug and makes wire installations much cleaner. Tool feels well built and strong, no play or wobble. This tool should definitely last and meet my needs!

Works okay I guess.
Gets the job done. My only issue is that it gets stuck when crimping larger gauge wire. I have to wack it with a hammer to release it...

Beware
These caught my car amp on fire, I'm glad I was working on it still at the time and didn't do much damage other then ruining a new amp that cost me 200 dollars, no clue why it caused a fire but went back to just wires and worked fine, to bad insurance doesn't cover that, my new amp died because of this item, I do not understand why though.
