I don’t normally write reviews but when it’s comes to great customer service and a great product, I feel I have too!I ordered the 5kg medicine ball and within 3 hrs of placing the order, someone from company called to inform me that they no longer had the 5kg medicine ball in stock. The person I spoke to was very polite, aplogetic and he offered me several different alternatives, at no extra cost. I accepted the 7kg ball and it was delivered to me in perfect condition 3-days earlier than expected.I’m so impressed with the quality of the product and the service, I will definitely recommend this company and this product. To be clear, I was not asked to write this review and they did not put a card in the box asking me to review their service either. I’m doing this because I think good customer service should be recognised 👌🏽.
