Simple and efficient
Works well and is easy to clean. As said by others, cut onions in half before using. The cut isn't a smooth action like a knife, but instead is an instant "crack" when enough pressure is applied which forces the onion through the grate very quickly. Quite satisfying!

No more tears
I love love love this onion chopper. No more crying whilst chopping onion. Making a lots of recipes and salsa dishes . My only advise is that to cut the onions in half and if they are very large onions cut them into 4.

Too flimsy blades although has a sturdy look outside.
Used exactly twice and the blades bent and the total thing broke off and came out of the plastic surrounding whilst using a quarter of an onion. The photo is what has remained.Very appalling....
