A fine basic internet-connected monitor...
Masimo has made baby monitoring equipment for hospitals for some time. More recently it began making similar equipment for the home. Its top-of-the-line system is the Masimo Stork vitals+ which includes this monitor and a little silicon boot you place on your baby's foot which enables tracking of heartbeat, temperature and blood oxygen level. The boot and camera sell on Amazon for $549 as a set. You can also buy the boot and a hub for $349 here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CFG8TVD8. There's a $50 savings if you buy the vitals+ set which includes the camera and boot (but not the hub since the camera acts as a hub).So let me say this about the camera: it's a typical, even basic, camera. It does not have physical pan/tilt/zoom. It is 2K. It does work over home wifi--and over the internet with the Masimo app. All you might expect in a basic wifi camera are there: microphone and speaker for communicating with your child, good night vision, included musical lullabies that can be played over the integrated speaker; room temperature and humidity sensing. The camera comes with mounting hardware. Quality of manufacture is great. The app is somewhat focused on the vitals information and is lacking some of the things you might expect in a more camera-focused app such as virtual zones.I think this camera's primary values is found in its ability to work with the vitals+ monitoring system.

Terrible
Absolutely awful. I never wrote reviews and I mean never! We wanted to get a new monitor after our lollipop was having a hard time with connection (a common issue we found out). So after some research and review reading, we landed on this almost 250 dollar camera. Today is the first day I am (currently) using it. The connection is terrible. You can barely see our son and the camera is RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. There was immediate interference and I can hear someone’s radio or tv. The sound is awful besides that, the static is unbearable. Unfortunately, my son is sleeping so I cannot switch out his monitor. My plug in monitor was better than this one. I am completely irritated that I spent this much money on what should have been maybe 25 dollars.

superior baby monitor - clear, crisp picture quality with great app
This is the best baby monitor I have come across. The app is thoughtfully designed, and I haven't had any buggy issues with it. The camera is slim and easy to mount. It comes with everything you need to mount on a wall, but it also can be set up on a tabletop/flat surface. Two way audio works very well. The camera even tracks temperature and humidity. The camera is compatible with the stork boot and hub as well. Overall, this camera has all the features and quality needed when it comes to peace of mind about baby's safety.

Talk to your baby
I really like this camera as it works great. It has a very clear picture and the app was very simple to download and use. Being able to talk to my daughter when she is a little bit restless in her crib is priceless. Mine has worked well and brings me comfort knowing I can see everything and hear & talk to my daughter.

Nice High-Resolution Baby Video Monitor With Remote Connectivity
The Masimo STork camera is pretty nice, but pricey. The camera quality is nice, with 2k quad high-definition, so the resolution is pretty clear, both in the day and at night. You can also save photos and share them, which I think is nice. You can mount this or use it as a stand to view daytime activity when not at home (or when your child is with a nanny). It has most of the standard monitor functions, such as zooming in and out, two way audio, and detecting temperature and humidity. The setup is easy, just plug and play and download and setup the app. The app is well made and easy to use. I got this for additional remote viewing when not at home. I like that the monitor is secure with AES-256 bit encryption. You just never know who can get into your monitor these days, so this is a nice safety feature.

This camera is extremely high quality but...
I am not using it for baby monitoring, per se. I'm using it for pup monitoring :P It monitors my little Bandit while I'm at work and can talk to him and keep him company on breaks and on lunch. The camera video quality is fantastic as in...wow, the night vision is the same. Other than that, it can connect with the Vitals+ system but other than that, the camera is essentially a basic high quality home security camera that's overpriced.

You will want to use this if you plan to use their whole system
I think this baby camera system has the most value if you plan to use the whole Stork system. Otherwise, it is a little pricey for a single baby camera with no dedicated monitor. It does all the basic things that baby cameras do. Such as letting you talk to the baby, see the baby, it has night vision and uses an app to do it all. It tells you the temperature and humidity levels in the room it is in, which is a nice extra that most others don’t do. Other than that, it is a typical baby camera.

Next-Level Baby Talk & Watch Vibes
This Masimo camera ain't just your basic monitor. The clarity's dope, and that app's smooth sailing. Best bit? Chatting with my lil' one when she's restless. Quality build and that night vision's on point. It's got them hospital-grade roots, but as a stand-alone camera? Kinda basic. Still, it shines with that vitals+ system. For just watching and chatting? It's lit!
