MACHINE STOPS WORKING
machine is designed to be quiet but it is in fact not. Not sure if the Amazon sellers are different than the actual company but the machine gets louder and louder and then stops working all together.

Strikingly beautiful in it's simplicity, but flawless when it is at work. Wonderful pen!
You will love doing your work with this machine. It doesn't matter if your doing PMU (Permanent Makeup) work, or super-detailed, highly precise, and intricate tattoo work. This is the machine for that level of ultra-precision.The fact that this beautiful, superb running pen comes in this kit is really all gravy, but it's the pen that is the star here. This tattoo pen is a rotary, tiny, not much bigger than an actual writing pen, and it's a tiny marvel of engineering. I'm so impressed with it. It runs beautifully, and has no noise, and virtually no vibration throughout it's entire working range. Pretty incredible, really.I put my own battery pack on it, just to test run it. I ran it from 3.0v all the way to 12.0v.... it was flawless, and smooth as could be. Wonderful running machine. Keep in mind that there is an RCA jack on the top (see pics) where you can put your power cord plug, or, a battery. Naturally, once any battery pack is on the pen the balance will be changed dramatically. This really should be run off the AC power supply, and that's a beauty. The "Circle" power supply is a stunning unit, as well, and it suits this pen perfectly. Its' a match made in heaven. There is a large circular disc at the top that you turn clockwise to increase voltage, and counter-clockwise to decrease. The operating range is 4.0v to 15.0v, very nice, indeed. The rest of the kit is very nice, as well. You have a set of 20 tattoo needle cartrdiges (actually these are PMU cartridges, which is what this machine requires), all the power cables, a small bottle of black ink, a surgical marker, a single roll of black grip tape, a single pair of black latex exam gloves, a set of ink caps, a decent foot switch, a silicone rubber bracelet, a single sheet of tattoo design transfer paper, a single sheet of synthetic practice skin with eye & lip layouts for PMU practice, and a set of decals from Mast.Without any doubt a fantastic kit, albeit no tattoo inks other than the small black bottle, are included.Love this tattoo/PMU pen, and I love the AC Power Supply. You can't beat this kit for this price. It's a real bargain, and the quality is excellent. You'll be impressed, as well.

Not a real intuitive design
This comes with one skin with eyes and eyebrows printed on one side to trace I guess. It's not obvious, if you have never used a tattoo gun, how to assemble it but once you figure it out, it does work. I can't say if it works well enough yet because I haven't done a tattoo. It does feel like it isn't very powerful at the highest which concerns me. I'm really hoping that it's just real efficient. If you are experienced with tattooing you should quickly be able to tell if this gun will work properly. If you are inexperienced, I am not sure if this is a great starter. Again, not an expert.

"A Solid Choice for On-the-Go Tattoo Artistry"
I recently got my hands on the Mast Tour Air tattoo pen, and it's been an interesting experience. It's not the pinnacle of tattoo machines, but it certainly doesn't fall into the category of regrettable purchases either. Its slim and lightweight design is its biggest charm, making it incredibly convenient for someone like me who's always moving from place to place. It's like having a little creative companion that fits snugly in your travel kit, ready to whip out whenever inspiration strikes or a client calls. The machine's sleek design and portability are a boon for any artist who values mobility. I can easily pack it into my bag without worrying about it taking up too much space or adding unnecessary weight. This feature alone has made it a valuable addition to my toolkit, especially for those impromptu sessions or outdoor gigs. However, it's important to note that its diminutive size does come with a trade-off in power. It doesn't quite match up to the oomph you'd get from a full-sized machine, which can be a bit of a letdown when you're working on more intricate or demanding pieces. But for someone just starting out or looking for a reliable backup, it's a compromise that might be worth making. What I appreciate is the comprehensive nature of the kit. It pretty much sets you up with everything you need to dive into your work, which is great for beginners or as a secondary setup for more seasoned artists. This aspect, combined with its user-friendly features, makes it a decent option for a wide range of tasks. In essence, the Mast Tour Air tattoo pen finds its strength in its convenience and ease of use. While it might not be the powerhouse some professionals are after, its design and portability make it a worthy consideration for artists who value flexibility and simplicity. Whether you're a nomadic artist or just starting your journey in the world of tattooing, this pen offers a balance of functionality and practicality.
