Great quality and super durable. Is great that you actually feel a resistance difference between the bands. They help a lot with warming up and with any exercises that you want to add a little of a challenge. Love the colors and they came in a nice ziploc bag where you can store them. I love these bands. I enjoy how the different resistance has different colors. Making it easy not to mix up. They are also very easy to pack in my gym bag as they come with their own carrying case. The color really stands out!

The fabric design is a big plus—it’s much more comfortable than the typical rubber bands. The colors are nice too, which is a fun touch.The resistance levels are good, though I found myself using the largest one for the most resistance during my workouts. There was a bit of a weird smell when I first got them, but after a quick wash, that was no longer an issue, and they’ve kept their resistance well.Overall, these bands are a great value for the money.

I like the fact that the three belts had different strengths. I use them to improve strength in my legs.

Decent quality bands for the price

After using it for almost two weeks. Simple and easy to use, comes with three different colours, I m shearing the cost with my neighbors. Nice elastic band and strong. Looks very durable too. I m a happy camper.
