Actually works! I can feel a difference, and see one!
I bought this as I've just turned 30 and want to stay on top of keeping my body and skin in good, healthy condition. I've already owned the original Foreo Luna from the day it first released about 10 years ago (and the product still works well, if you'd believe it holds a charge for like 4 years even with regular use!) and recently purchased the Foreo UFO mini which has shown great results in terms of hydrating and actually keeping hydration in my skin (due to this product, I've actually never had as clear and healthy skin as I do now - even my dermatologist says so).I figured I would expand the Foreo family and ended up getting this Foreo Bear 2 go. My primary concern is with lymphatic drainage in my face - I own gua sha stones which I used from time to time, but I realized how much more use I get out of my Foreo devices than the gua sha. It feels very fun to use my Foreo devices, especially with the UFO, which for me, motivate me to use them - it feels luxurious and like I've just come out of the spa.Similarly, I wanted the Bear for a more proper facial massage. I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I can tell you I already feel the difference, and notice one too! While you won't get immediate, insane looking results, there is a difference in the way your face feels. My face feels so much less puffy, the wrinkle in between my eyebrows is far less noticeable (and that's impressive because from when I was a teenager, I always instinctively furrow my brows even when I'm relaxing, for which I've had a pronounced wrinkle there now for the past 5 years), my jaw is more sculpted, and it relieves so much facial tension with the massage function. Since your face is a muscle, this is something that should be used daily for the first few months and then you can use it as often as you like, making sure to use it at least 1-2x a week. While the app for this product is confusing and unhelpful (it's great for the UFO), I freestyle my Bear routine. I've found a person on YouTube who explains how she uses hers, and I've started following her method of microcurrent toning. It takes me essentially 2-3 minutes every night with the Bear. Even coming home late from a night out, I use this. There's also no need to buy their Super Serum or whatever it is - there's a great alternative on Amazon by MagniTone (Take Me Hya) that I use that has been amazing. I do my regular skincare (toner, lighter serums, eye cream) and then take a somewhat generous dollop of the MagniTone hyaluronic electrocurrent serum and put it on my face. With the Bear routine, the serum will soak in quickly as soon as you are finished and your skin will feel pampered and hydrated. Water based serums should always be used with this product. The microcurrent levels are quite strong, even if they say they have a safety feature. I can feel a slight shock when the current is set to above 2-3, so I am planning on slowly working my way up until I get used to it. It's not a bad thing at all, in fact it means it does what it says. However, I prefer to stay on the lower side as the currents go up to 6, which is very intense for me.Is it worth the money? Yes.Should it cost this much? Probably not - it's ridiculously expensive, but I am happy with it.Overall, I love this little thing. Wrinkles have been smoothed out, face is depuffed and glowing, and my jawline has gotten more pronounced.
