I got this product for use on a new car that came with plastic caps. I prefer metal caps to help prevent leaks with tire value issues. The basic cap is well built and tight, but does not have any sort of inner rubber seal like on some other products. However the cap threads on/off the tire easily and fits securely and should provide good protection. I liked the flat black appearance to do what is needed without unnecessary bling.

The stem valves on my truck were becoming weather wore and brittle. These caps fit perfectly and seem to be very good quality. I have had no issues with them.

I don’t know what cheap metal these are made from but they corroded within a year and are now stuck on my tire valve.DO NOT BUY! You will have to replace the valve (or entire tire) as they are impossible to remove!

I noticed my tires were missing some caps so I went and got these. They work great with no issues after over a month. Non are lose so they stay well. Would recommend.

I installed these on my car and they look good. They are a little more difficult to thread than the plastic ones that I replaced. There seems to be an issue with metal caps fusing to the stem so I am going back to the plastic ones which I fortunately did not throw away.
