Nutritional information not accurate
This is not the first time a Whole Food Earth product I've bought has had nutritional information discrepancies. Calculating calories based off macros using all methods leaves roughly a 100 calorie difference in (per 100g) when compared to the calories that are listed on the product. To add to this, the nutritional information on the amazon product page is entirely different (and I do mean entirely) than what is listed on the product itself, neither of which add up even remotely close to the correct calorie totals. I obviously expect a difference between calculating based off macros and the actual calories as there will be other factors, but 100 calories difference per 100g? That's just plain incorrect. The split peas themselves are very tasty, but I cannot forgive the utter embarrassing lack of professionalism when it comes to labeling foods correctly. The discrepancies have rocked my faith in this company and therefore I will not be using them again. I honestly have no idea what to believe in terms of nutritional information on their products, which makes it very hard to track what's going inside my body.It also makes me question the integrity of the company with regards to other claims on their labels. For a vegan brand, they sure are lacking in their label department.

They don't soften :(
The 2 stars are for the super quick postage but these split peas will not soften! I've tried soaking them and even after cooking for a whole 3 hours they were still hard! It's not just this brand though, it seems all yellow split peas are like this now. Very bizarre!
