This is the flavor you've forgotten you loved
I thought I was just growing to dislike canned corn. Then I read something that sent me out searching. Indeed, Super Sweet White Corn, Shoepeg Corn. These are the flavors that made us LOVE corn. Have no idea why the yellow corn you chew ENDLESSLY has become the main canned corn. Anyway, take one drained can of this, add to one undrained can of diced tomatoes. Pop in some butter, sweetener, salt and pepper and it's a dish I can eat weekly.
