Revive Ready-to-Spray Soil Builder, 64 oz

I applied this to my yard, especially around the edges that were crispy from 100+ temps every day for the last 3 mo. heat (I live in San Antonio...scorching hot!) from adjacent cement sidewalks and driveway. The water normally just shed right off those hard dried-out edges and ran immediately onto the concrete. Well, no more! I mean instantly after applying I went over the yard again to give it a good drink and water in this soil amendment. The edges soaked up water like a thirsty sponge. No runoff even after I stood there watering the same small section of edge area for a good 3-5 min to test it. And the next day my yard looked so much greener Not thirsty or shriveled at all. And the edges already showed the beginning of new growth. That's what shocked me the most. Awesome!Only negative with ordering this was it took almost a month to receive. But that has nothing to do with the product performance and everything to do with the seller. I'll definitely buy again but not from the same place.

Great product. But if you live in the southern states, they won't send the granules. Just the bottles. Tried twice and canceled both times.

REVIVE is a fantastic product! A landscaper told me about this 20 years ago in Colorado. Used it every year when I lived there and it worked every time. He said to spray heavily on the problem spots, and as directed on the rest of the lawn for 3 days in a row. Then every once 6 weeks. It is a surfactant. Which means it breaks down the soil so that it absorbs water better. Since the water penetrates deeper in the soil, the lawn roots go deeper where there is naturally more moisture and cooler temperatures. Water becomes more efficient to your lawn and you notice the rich green we all love. The improvement is noticeable in just 4 to 5 days! I am in North Carolina where the summers start early and last a very long time. Our lawn looks great now with REVIVE! Thank goodness and use less water! Buy it, you will not be sorry!

Slightly disappointed with the results. Grass did get greener but not by much. Could be because my grass was not in really bad shape.

did a great job right before the 90f hits. I feel it is helping out alot. a bit high on the price tho.

I first bought this to help with some dog pee spots and it worked great. Then we had 2 weeks of 90+ degree heat with no rain and a terribly large yellow spot appeared on the lawn. I know it was not bug damage because I had recently put pesticide on the lawn. I tried this product again and 2 weeks later and a lot of rain the grass has recovered.

Had to update my review to Four Star due to the product does work if you give it enough time.

My lawn was getting a little too brown no matter how much I watered it, after using Revive about three weeks later it is green again!,I highly recommend this product, I will order it again if needed!.
