Normally take a L but ordered XL just in case. XL was a perfect fit. Recommend ordering up a size. Otherwise good product

Covers you, but...
They rip very easily. So if you are doing anything that requires extensive movement or has anything that might catch the suit they will rip. Having said that, they do protect you from overspray while they are intact.

Short and a bit tight, but good quality.
It's worth noting this suit is not breathable, great for insulation, but bad for sweat. Fit is fairly small, comparable to what you might find in the paint department at a local store. At 6ft4in 220lbs an XL fit okay, but the ankles rode up about 6 inches when in a tight crawl space. Five stars is mostly for the price and the durability. After hours in the crawl space only a few small snags were evident. Zipper held up well as did the seams.

Poor quality
Fit wise, go at least 1 or 2 sizes bigger. Extremely poor quality. Ripped within minutes of wearing it. By the end of the day, it was shredded. We used it for protection while removing attic insulation.
