5000 FIP of Lipase. 21 SAPU of Acid Function Protease. If you inquire at Google, you should be able to figure out how to convert these measurements to units. I highly recommend this product.

Yes, this is a high quality supplement and is dairy and gluten free. I have seen a big difference using this one and the other recommended supplements from the "Clean Gut" book.

Q: How many CFU's in this product?

Good luck with that. I only found a Facebook page and their website has less info than their Amazon page. I did a lot of research on the conversions of the many units of measurement used in the "digestive enzyme" world and these guys were higher than most. Here's a couple that will help:1 FIP Unit =~ 4.15 USP1 DU = approx. 48 USPI want to believe, but with the lack of scientific data backing up the claims, it's hard to take them seriously.Zenisis Labs: Please convince me otherwise!
