UPDATE: USE A SECONDARY THERMOMETER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TRUSTED THE THERMOSTAT AND IT WAS LOW 5 DEGREES. WHICH MAY HAVE COSTED ME MY HATCHLINGS. I FEEL STUPID FOR NOT USING A SECONDARY THERMOSTAT AND TRUSTED THE MACHINE WAS WORKING AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TOO.This is my first go around with eggs and I am incubating 12 duck eggs. (1 was not fertile) I am on day 12 and 11 of the 12 are doing well. The heat stays where it should. The tray moves every 2 hours-probably even more than it should by natures rules.The humidity could use some work. I don't use the auto bottle feeder. I watch it and put water in as needed and have the lid open a tiny bit to keep the humidity stable. It truly is not that big of a deal to keep it open a little.Candling function works great as it should.

Easy to use and works well I got a 75% hatch rate with shipped eggs which is pretty good.

1st hatch i did 10 of 16 eggs. Humidity was hard to control so I did a dry hatch and added water on day 18. Also the auto egg Turner did not actually flip eggs over, so I manually did it 3x a day. Temp stayed constant. I am satisfied for the cost

The best part about this product was the kind customer service. My automatic egg turner didn’t work, I bought it because it was advertised to fit 16 eggs, which it does not (perhaps quail eggs only) and the humidity system didn’t work either. No water was released from the system provided. When I sprayed water in with the little mister bottle, it sky rocketed to 88% humidity when a standard humidity reading for incubation is between 50-55. Olivia with customer service answered my troubleshooting questions and issued a refund without problem when I finally came to the conclusion that the incubator I had purchased was ineffective. I wouldn’t waste your time (or the eggs) but I absolutely commend Olivia for her customer service skills.

I bought this incubator to hatch our own eggs and did a lot of research on various products. This one is easy to set up, large enough for my needs (16 eggs), and reasonably priced. I love that it has a built in candler, easy to read data screen and the tray is easy to remove for the last few days of incubation.

Impossible to regulate the humidity, no ventilation, always at 85%, which is no good for incubating. "Egg turner" doesn't turn the eggs, just drags them across the floor.Too late to return, used it as a hatching chamber for the "last three days" with eggs from my good incubator.No electronics in base makes for easier cleaning.
