Not the same, but does work
My husband has been watching his sugar intake for a few months now. He missed my home baked chocolate chip cookies. So I decided to try making my usual chocolate chip recipe using the “Fit Patrol” in place of the regular sugar. The Fit Patrol seemed to have the same texture and appearance of regular sugar. It mixed well and the cookies themselves looked good appearance wise. My husband ate them and was quite pleased with the results. As for me and the kids, we did not enjoy them, like my husband did (we preferred the ones I make with regular granulated sugar). Maybe myHusband enjoyed themMore than us, is because he hasn’t had sugar the last few months. So it was a treat to him. It’s definitely something I’d use when baking etc for him. For me and the kids, we just prefer the real sugar. This would definitely be a good substitute for someone who has to watch their sugar intake.

FIT PATROL Zero Calorie Stevia Based Sweetener
I've used this Fit Patrol Zero Calorie Sweetener to sweeten my tea and coffee. I've also added it to my homemade ginger ale type drink that I make by adding ginger syrup to carbonated water - sometimes it needs just a little more sweetening and adding a 1/2 teaspoon or so of this Fit Patrol Stevia and Erythritol blend can make all the difference without overpowering the taste of my drink.I've tried this in freshly brewed tea to make iced tea. The taste is pretty clean without any aftertaste. I used about the same amount that I would have used if it had been sugar. It does sweeten the drink nicely and I much prefer it to using aspartame, but I don't think it will entirely replace my sugar bowl. Still - it comes close! It may perform differently depending on the beverage I'm making so I'll be trying it in all kinds of foods and drinks. The ingredient list includes Erythritol, enzyme-processed stevia, and stevioside, which contribute to its natural sweetness and zero-calorie profile.Unlike many other sugar replacements, it can be used in cooking and baking and has a 1:1 ratio equivalent with granulated sugar, which in convenient. I'm looking forward to making blueberry muffins and a custard with this sweetener, and experimenting with some new low calorie desserts! I also plan to try it in making chocolate pudding!Fit Patrol sweetener comes in a zip-resealable packet that contains a measuring scoop. The granulated sweetener mixes easily into my drink and stirs right in. I like it in iced drinks - it adds a slight cooling taste! If you're looking for a clean tasting sugar substitute with a natural profile, I would recommend giving this Fit Patrol Zero Calorie Sweetener a try!

Nice Granular Texture but Strong Aftertaste
First, I was surprised by the high cost of this product. Second, I did research Erythritol (the main ingredient) and was left with mixed feelings about its sweetening qualities versus medical risks. Nonetheless, I am using it since I dislike chemical sweeteners and sugar spikes blood sugar to the point of discomfort. The texture is wonderful - like real sugar. It dissolves nicely as well.I use this in tea and coffee and it does leave a pretty acidic after taste. This is common for any sugar substitute for me so it doesn't negate its use. I have not tried baking with it and, given the aftertaste, I do not intend to try.

Nice
There is a stronger stevia taste than other stevias I have tried. I use stevia in my espresso based drinks like my lattes. I ended up mixing this stevia with the other stevia I had and I feel like with it mixed it's perfect. The taste from it alone isn't overpowering or anything but a little does go a long way with it. It's good!

Great Zero Calorie Sweetner!
I decided to experiment with this zero-calorie sweetener after considering various options. One thing I appreciated was that it came with a convenient scoop. What stood out to me the most was the absence of any aftertaste—it provided a pleasantly sweet flavor without overwhelming sweetness.I put it to the test by baking a small batch of cookies, and to my delight, nobody could tell they weren't made with real sugar. I found it equally delightful in my coffee. Overall, I'm very impressed with this product and highly recommend it.

Mostly just Erythritol
FIT PATROL Zero Calorie Sweetener isn't good or bad. It's basically stevia bulked up with Erythritol. No where in the description does it list the ingredients which start with Erythritol. Stevia alone needs some bulk to be able to use it in recipes and baking. Erythritol has gotten some bad press lately so I get why the company didn't mention that ingredient or list the ingredients in their nutrition facts. I find this sugar replacement acceptable but it definitely doesn't have the clean taste of sugar. There is a bit of an aftertaste as well as a little cooling effect. At best, this is an average value for a sugar substitute but in the end I prefer monk fruit or allulose.

Great sugar substitute
I've been trying to cut back on sugar and this is a fine alternative. No real flavor difference in my coffee not in cake pops that I made this week. That's all I've really used it for so far and it dissolves really well and tastes great. Will definitely buy this again.
