The chair took two hours to put together. The quality of the chair and the screw fixings are of very high quality. The instructions a let down because the pictures are too small and not clear and you need to work it out. However, once assembled it is very comfortable and the reclining is fantastic. It is very solid and does not wobble from side to side like other chairs. Love it. I also got a £150 discount from the £629 price as I checked out, which was a bonus.

I've gone through a bit of a process to find a chair suitable for a 6'5" chap. Having initially ordered one of these there were a few aspects that i didn't absolutely get on with so i tried some of the others on Amazon that were slightly cheaper. It turns out that you get what you pay for and I'm not sure who needs lumber support that is 8/9 inches away from the back rest, but it isn't me. The quality in this chair is evident, and having paired it with some aftermarket wheels now, it suits me great. It's very comfy and my head is actually on the head rest, which is a novel thing when you are quite tall. I paid £350 and I'm really quite pleased with the purchase.

Bought this following an accident which meant sitting for work was excruciating. The seat is very deep and the mesh isn’t the most comfortable if sitting for too long but, due to the accident, I found a memory foam cushion that solved this issue. I feel very safe and secure in my chair and can lie back and still have support to my sides (can bring them in closer for support) and the lumbar support (also adjustable) is exceptional. This was so good for me at home that my company bought me the same chair for work (much cheaper than the specialist chairs provided by workplace Occy Health). It is expensive, but definitely worth being able to sit at work-from-home station and allows me to work in the office too.

Here's my story buying two of The Hbada E3 Ergonomic chairs. This does not reflect in an way the seller. I bought two of these chairs 18th January 2025 These chairs cost me £479.99 They were delivered on the 20th January 2025 The comfort is fantastic, however, one of the chairs has a problem with the headrest, it's floppy and will not stay in position, looking at the mechanism, the white notch will not engage with the jaws to hold the head rest in place. I used the e-mail to contact the company, it failed. I was left at the mercy of The Amazon call centre. After 11 different operators I had to terminate the chat with them. Yes they offered me a full refund and returns policy and told me to re-order another chair. I looked at The Hbada chair again with the intention of ordering another one but within one day, the price had increased to £649.99 an extra £170 Amazon would not budge with this price, they would not contact the seller either. I do hope the seller reads this and can help me, all I need is a replacement head rest.

Best ergonomic chair I’ve ever sat on, bearing in mind I carried our lots of DSE Assortments for the workstation environment - Exceptional.

No matter how hard and many time trying to adjust the head rest, it always, always go back to the worst position on it own. very very very uncomfortable head rest

This chair is built of excellent quality materials.It has all the features I could ever need.I use it for a minimum of 50 hrs a week between working and gaming and it's on another level for comfort100% recommend this chair and you will not regret it

The Chair looks good and material quality is quite better, but doesn’t match the high price for it. Easy to assemble took me around an hour to get it done.
