Perfect
Fits really tight on the leg and feels good. The heat goes up a lot which helps with pain and I still have some mobility with this on. It’s performance is good and it’s high quality for its price.

Stopped working before the third use **UPDATE 3/4/24 - Fit King sent a free replacement kit
UPDATE 3/4/24 - I am happy to say that Fit King customer service through Amazon reached out and sent a free replacement knee massager kit. The new ones are working nicely and provide much needed comfort for the knees. We have 3 other Fit King products and haven't had any issues with those so hopefully this one knee wrap was a fluke.Previous Review:Worked great the first two times. Nice heat and massage. Put them on for the third time and the right wrap wouldn't turn on. It is not a cord issue - switched the cords and still, the right wrap won't start while the left one works fine. Sent a note to Fit King but no response yet - not even an automatic acknowledgement. Of course, this happened a couple days after the Amazon return date.

I bought the single knee massager for myself and decided to buy the double massager for my daughter who had knee surgery. We both love the massager and it really relieves pain and helps with recovery after workouts.The double unit cord was not working properly so I contacted FitKing directly because I didn’t want to return the unit, I was just using the cord to do one knee at a time since both would not work at the same time. To my surprise, FitKing could not sell me a new cord and since I didn’t want to give up my unit since we used it daily, they just sent me another brand new unit! Absolutely amazing customer service. The new cord works just fine. My daughter and I love these massagers and highly recommend to anyone who has knee issues.

Did not come with power adapter
Update#2 seller fixed the issue and product feels amazing on my knees.Update..seller responded quickly to my email and is sending a replacement. Will update again when it gets here.Right now a 1 star review because it did not come with the power adapter so can't use it. Will update when I hear from the manufacturer
